Blueberries are one of the healthiest fruits because they’re so high in antioxidants, they also help fight cancer, lower blood pressure and boost your cardiovascular health; not to mention that bananas are packed with potassium and magnesium
Serves 2
200 ml Almond milk
250 g fresh blueberries
1 fresh medium banana
100 g Plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp flax seeds
Instructions
Blitz almond milk, blueberries, banana, yogurt and flax seeds together, until creamy.
And serve in a chilled glass.
