Ingredients (2)
250 ml almond milk
10 medjool dates (pitted and sliced)
1 banana (ripened)
45 ml runny honey
35 g of smooth peanut butter (optional)
45 g Plant based protein (optional)
Method
Add all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into long chilled glasses and enjoy.
NB Chill glasses 1 hour before.
