Ingredients

150 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice

150 ml carrot juice

2 teaspoons freshly peeled grated ginger

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

100 ml of chilled sparkling or non-sparkling water

Method

Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Serve in glasses and enjoy

NB: Local supermarkets will squeeze fresh oranges, and some will also extract juice from carrots for you.
